Four steps

An order is a request until the farm confirms the weights, the total and the time.

Choose the fish
Pick the species, the size and how many. Each fish is cleaned the way you ask: whole, opened for frying, in steaks or as fillets.

Add plates for the table
Add cooked plates or a family tray if you would rather not cook.

Pick the day
Choose a day in the next two weeks, a time of day, and whether you collect or ask for delivery.

Send and wait for the reply
Send the order by email, call or share it. It is a request until the farm confirms the weights, the total and the time.
