Why is the price a range?
Fish is sold by weight. Each size covers a range of weights, so the farm weighs your fish and tells you the exact total when it confirms.
Is the weight before or after cleaning?
Before cleaning. Head, bones and skin are part of the weight; fillets weigh about a third of the whole fish.
How much fish do I need?
Count about 450 g of whole fish for an adult and 250 g for a child. The calculator in the app does the sums for you.
Is my order confirmed when I send it?
No. It is a request. The farm replies to confirm what it has, the weights, the total and the time.
Do you deliver?
You can ask for delivery in Ibagué. The farm confirms the cost and the time when it replies.
How should I keep fresh fish?
Keep it cold from the moment you collect it: on ice or in the fridge, and cook it within a day or two, or freeze it.
How do I pay?
Payment is not handled in the app. The farm tells you how to pay when it confirms.
Where is my order saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
